Job Description:
Own end-to-end social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and emerging platforms.
Define distinct brand voices, content pillars and cultural territories.
Lead content ideation, creative direction, briefs, shoots, scripts, hooks and execution.
Build and manage a robust network of creators, influencers, experts and agencies.
Develop high-velocity content across Reels, Shorts, Stories, memes, UGC, educational and founder-led content.
Identify trends, internet culture and emerging formats and convert them into relevant brand opportunities.
Build repeatable content franchises and strengthen organic reach and engagement.
Lead social/content teams and external creative partners while maintaining a solid creative quality bar.
Track content performance and connect social initiatives with brand and business growth.
