Job Description:
Perform functional and automation testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications.
Understand business requirements and translate them into functional test scenarios and test cases.
Work across Dynamics 365 CE modules and validate business processes and application functionality.
Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
Develop Playwright automation using C# or JavaScript.
Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing as required.
Identify, document, track, and retest defects using Azure DevOps.
Work with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve defects.




Work with Power Platform components and understand their integration with Dynamics 365 CE.
Work with GitHub Copilot (GHCP) and contribute to automation/testing activities involving AI-powered solutions.
Perform and/or automate AI Agent Evaluation (Evals) to validate the accuracy, reliability, and expected behavior of AI agents.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated evaluation test suites.
Participate in designing and enhancing automation frameworks.
Follow reusable, scalable, and maintainable automation practices.
Support test execution, reporting, defect management, and continuous improvement of QA processes.
