Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Ranchi, focused on selling travel packages and services over the phone. Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting prospective and existing customers, presenting travel options, explaining itineraries and pricing, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role involves answering inquiries, providing accurate information about destinations and offers, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. The Telesales Specialist will maintain detailed records of calls and sales activities,



follow up on leads, collaborate with the operations team to confirm bookings, and participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new packages and promotions.

Qualifications
Robust Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and skilled phone etiquette.
Proven Sales abilities, with experience in telesales, upselling, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships.
Experience providing Training or guidance to customers on travel options, policies, and booking processes.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes.
Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, tourism, or related fields is beneficial.
