Job Description

We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) for a leading banking process in Bangalore. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who want to start their career in banking, customer relationship management, and sales.

The selected candidates will interact with customers through calls and digital channels, understand their banking needs, and recommend suitable financial products while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and build long-term customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products and services.
Promote banking products such as cards, loans, and other financial services.
Achieve assigned sales and customer relationship targets.
Resolve customer queries and complaints within defined timelines.




Maintain customer records and update interactions in CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with banking policies and process guidelines.
Support customer retention and promote digital banking services.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any stream except B.E./B.Tech.
Freshers are welcome; candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply.
Age between 18 and 30 years.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work in a banking sales process.

Language Requirements
Fluent English is mandatory.
Must be proficient in any one of the following languages: Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada.

Salary & Advantages
Fresher: ₹16,000 in-hand per month + performance incentives.
Experienced: ₹17,000–₹18,000 in-hand per month + performance incentives.
