Property Consultant – Dubai Real Estate

Requirements
0–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, real estate, hospitality, banking, or customer-facing roles.
Freshers with robust communication skills and a sales-oriented attitude can also apply.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable English communication; Hindi/Bengali is an advantage.
Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and in person.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
Ability to identify client requirements and build strong client relationships.
Willingness to learn Dubai real estate, property projects, developers, locations, payment plans and investment concepts.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Candidates who are ambitious,



target-oriented and willing to grow in real estate sales are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements, budget and investment objectives.
Present suitable Dubai property options.
Schedule and conduct client meetings.
Follow up with prospects and move qualified leads through the sales process.
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and activity targets.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who is confident, hungry to earn, comfortable with targets, good at communication and willing to learn rather than someone who only has real-estate experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
