Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Architectural & Municipal Drawing Draftsman with positive knowledge of DCPR 2034, BMC rules & regulations and building approval requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate architectural, municipal and working drawings for residential/commercial projects.
Plan building layouts considering FSI, setbacks, margins, parking, building height, open spaces and other DCPR requirements.
Review designs for DCPR 2034 and approval compliance.
Coordinate with Design Architect, RCC/Structural, MEP, Fire and other consultants.
Review and coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings to identify design clashes.
Coordinate with the site team for drawing requirements, revisions and technical clarifications.
Maintain proper drawing revision and document control.




Assist the Project Manager/Developer in design optimization, approval coordination and construction-stage requirements.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
Good knowledge of DCPR 2034 and BMC approval procedures.
Ability to read and coordinate Architectural, RCC and MEP drawings.
Positive understanding of building planning and construction.
Positive communication and consultant coordination skills.
Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an added advantage.

Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Assistantship or equivalent.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Mumbai residential/high-rise projects and BMC municipal approvals.

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
