Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate negotiation, along with valuable knowledge of ATS, HRMS tools, and job portals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-IT positions.
Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate and manage interview processes with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/HRMS systems.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Negotiate compensation, offers, and joining timelines with candidates.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and maintain accurate recruitment reports.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and close positions within the required timelines.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Hands-on experience with ATS and HRMS tools.
Positive knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
Robust negotiation and communication skills.
Valuable stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills.
Valuable understanding of recruitment metrics and TAT.

Preferred
Experience in handling multiple non-IT functions and senior-level hiring.
Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
