Job Description:
Our Business Analysts are the bridge between our customers and our product.

It will be the Business Analyst’s primary role to Interact with our customers, understand the
customers policies and procedures, design how our product has to be set up for the
customer’s requirement, configure the product, test, deliver and train the Customer.

Business Analysts will also have to keep up to date with the Salesforce ecospace and see
how our product and delivery can be upgraded.
Key Responsibilities:
● Project Implementation: Be involved at all stages of the project.

● Issue Debugging: Understand the issue and provide the best possible solution.
● Coordination: Help coordinate between various internal teams and customers.
