Responsibilities:
Study design briefs and understand project requirements and objectives
Conceptualise visuals and develop creative ideas based on briefs
Create designs including illustrations, social media creatives, logos and marketing collaterals
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback
Use appropriate colors, typography and layouts to create effective visual communication
Collaborate with copywriters and creative teams to produce final designs
Adapt designs across different formats and platforms (digital, print, social, etc.)




Test graphics across various media to ensure consistency and quality
Revise and refine designs based on feedback
Ensure all outputs are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines
Manage timelines and deliver projects within deadlines

Must Have Skills:
2–5 years of experience as a Designer
Strong portfolio showcasing social media, branding and packaging design
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and composition
Valuable eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
Ability to take a brief and turn it into a solid visual concept
Valuable communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
