Qualification
Diploma / BE / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Civil Engineering background is mandatory

Experience
2–5 years of experience in construction / PMC / site supervision
Freshers with positive technical knowledge may also be considered

Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and supervise construction activities at project sites.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, consultants, and project teams.
Check project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
Review and report daily/weekly project progress.
Identify site issues and coordinate for timely solutions.
Check measurements and support billing verification.




Ensure proper documentation of project activities.
Monitor safety practices at the project site.
Attend site meetings and coordinate with concerned teams.
Report project status, delays, and major issues to management.

Skills Required
Good knowledge of construction activities and site execution.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of MS Office / Excel and basic project documentation.
Ability to travel and work at multiple project sites.
Positive problem-solving and site management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
