Core Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Scan items, enter prices, and handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, or digital wallet payments accurately.
Cash Management: Count the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts, calculate exact change, and balance daily sales records.
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer product or pricing inquiries, and resolve basic complaints or requests.
Returns & Exchanges: Process refunds, store credits, or item exchanges according to company policies.
Store Support: Assist with wrapping purchases, bagging items, or helping with basic stocking and inventory tasks during slower periods.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
