Role & Responsibilities
Deliver individualized, IEP-aligned instruction to students with learning differences within CBSE curriculum frameworks.
Collaborate with mainstream teachers to co-plan and adapt lesson materials for inclusive classrooms.
Conduct regular progress assessments and maintain detailed student records for parent-teacher reviews.
Facilitate parent engagement sessions to align home and school strategies for student success.
Support school-wide initiatives to foster inclusive culture, including staff training and resource development.




Work onsite daily at a CBSE school located in Devanahalli, near Kempegowda International Airport.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Special Education Certification (D.Ed, B.Ed Special Ed, or equivalent)
CBSE curriculum experience with inclusive classroom delivery
IEP development & implementation
Classroom behavior management techniques
Student progress documentation & reporting
Parent communication & collaboration
In office availability in Devanahalli area
Proficiency in English & local language communication
Preferred
Experience with dyslexia, ADHD, or autism support strategies
Training in structured teaching or multisensory approaches
