Role & Responsibilities
Manage high-volume recruitment requirements.
Source candidates for multiple positions through different recruitment channels.
Contact candidates and explain job requirements and employment details.
Screen and shortlist candidates according to role requirements.
Coordinate interviews and candidate availability.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate trackers.
Work on urgent and bulk hiring requirements.
Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding candidate status and requirements.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
