Role & Responsibilities
Handle recruitment for blue-collar and frontline positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, referrals, databases, and other channels.
Make calls to candidates and explain job roles, salary, location, shifts, and other requirements.
Screen candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlist suitable profiles.
Coordinate interviews, walk-ins,



and joining formalities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until joining.
Handle bulk and multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support the recruitment team in achieving daily and monthly hiring targets.
