Role & Responsibilities
Source blue-collar candidates through field visits, referrals, job portals, WhatsApp groups, and local networks.
Recruit candidates for manufacturing, warehouse, delivery, housekeeping, helper, technician, and other frontline roles.
Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
Explain job responsibilities, salary, location, shifts, and perks.
Coordinate walk-in interviews and joining processes.
Build and maintain a local candidate network.
Follow up with candidates from selection to joining.
Support bulk and urgent hiring requirements.
Maintain daily sourcing and joining reports.
