Senior HR Recruiter – ELV Sector

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter with strong knowledge of ELV/Technical Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for engineers, technicians, site staff and corporate positions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Recruit ELV/BMS/CCTV/Fire Alarm/Access Control/Networking technical manpower.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies and campus hiring.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews and selection processes.
Manage manpower requirements with Project/Site teams.
Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database and hiring trackers.
Follow up with candidates for offer acceptance and joining.




Support bulk hiring and campus recruitment.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely vacancy closure.Required SkillsTechnical / Qualified Skills
Robust knowledge of recruitment processes.
Understanding of ELV / BMS / CCTV / Fire Alarm / Access Control / Networking / Structured Cabling / Fiber Optic profiles.
Good resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Recruitment MIS and reporting skills.
Interview coordination and salary negotiation skills.
