We are looking for a Loan Recovery Officer to manage overdue accounts, follow up with customers, conduct field visits, and support the branch in achieving recovery targets.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and follow up on overdue loan accounts.
Contact customers and ensure timely repayment of dues.
Conduct field visits for customer verification and recovery.
Negotiate repayment plans as per company policies.
Support the Branch Manager in achieving recovery targets.
Maintain accurate recovery and customer records.
Coordinate with the legal team for chronic default cases.
Prepare MIS and recovery reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Perform other duties assigned by the Branch Manager.
