Prepare daily batches of vegetarian Kanji (porridges), health drinks, and specialty vegan dishes according to standard recipes.
Prepare and package health mix products (e.g., malt drinks, energy foods) for walk-in and takeout customers.
Ensure raw ingredients (grains, pulses, vegetables) are cleaned, soaked, and prepped prior to cooking.
Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized cooking and serving areas at all times.
Wash, sanitize, and store all kitchen utensils, cookware, and serving vessels.
Follow strict food safety standards and waste management protocols.
Track stock levels of ingredients, grains, and health mixes; report low inventory to the manager.
Serve dishes and package health products for customers with high standards of customer service.
Assist in opening/closing procedures for the respective morning or evening shifts.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
