Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Executive to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and coordinating with candidates and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment records.
Prepare and release offer/appointment letters.
Coordinate the joining and onboarding process.
Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring status.
Support other HR activities as required.

Skills & Requirements
1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
Positive knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR tools.
Ability to coordinate multiple positions and candidates.
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
