Collection Department

Position DetailsKey Responsibilities
Collect overdue EMI payments from customers as per company guidelines.
Conduct field visits to customers for payment follow-ups and recovery.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding pending dues.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets assigned by the management.
Maintain accurate records of collections, customer visits, and payment commitments.
Identify overdue accounts and report collection issues to the reporting manager.
Ensure qualified customer handling and compliance with company policies.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for field collection activities.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and collection reporting.
