Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop current business opportunities for control panels across various industries.
Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demos for clients.
Prepare and deliver quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with the production team for order execution and timely delivery.
Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management.

Required Skills:




Technical knowledge of LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, VFD, and Distribution Boards.
Excellent communication skills.
Negotiation skills.
Presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
