Executive - HR

Experience: up to 2 years in HR

Role purpose

Support HR operations and employee needs, particularly shift-level coverage, working alongside the HR

Generalist so that HR support is available across shifts.

Key responsibilities
Provide HR coverage for your assigned shift and work closely with the HR Generalist.
Handle employee queries and concerns with maturity and empathy, and escalate appropriately.
Handle informal issues at the shift level and escalate formal matters to the HR Generalist.
Support onboarding, induction, attendance and leave tracking, document collection and HRIS

updates.
Handle daily attendance entry, resolve biometric and timesheet portal exceptions, and be the first

contact for leave requests during your shift.
Support onboarding and exit execution at the site: agreement signing, document collection and

coordination with Admin.
Assist with exit formalities and coordination with Admin and IT.




Support engagement activities by circulating surveys and driving participation.
Flag compliance observations or system issues to the HR Generalist.
Prepare reports and trackers in Excel and maintain data accuracy.
Follow HR policies and SOPs and document handovers between shifts.
Take up any other HR support tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements
Upto 2 years of experience in HR.
Positive MS Excel skills and transparent communication.
Willingness to work in the assigned shift.
Familiarity with an HRIS is a plus.

Competencies: learning agility, adaptability, maturity in handling employee concerns, dependability,

attention to detail.

Responsibilities may be expanded or adjusted during the contract as business needs require.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
