KRA1To achieve Production targets as required by MarketTo ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
KRA2To check for RM, Packaging availability.To ensure required smooth production. RM, Packaging is available for
KRA3To ensure vehicle availability for dispatchTo coordinate with Marketing, Transporter to ensure material is delivered on time to customer.
KRA4To maintain all Records of Production done.To ensure all Reports are maintained and filed.
