We are looking for an accomplished Sr. Software Engineer to join our development team. As a senior resource, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development process, ensuring code quality, and achieving project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications across various technology stacks, including MERN, React.JS/Node.JS with Next.js and RTK.
Plan and strategize project timelines and work progress to meet delivery deadlines and milestones effectively.
Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders and clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
Collaborate closely with the development team to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver recent features.




Troubleshoot and resolve issues with applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and efficiency.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in software development and team management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
Experience building complex and scalable web applications using MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, Next.js, RTK, and NodeJS.
Excellent understanding of Agile software development methodologies and solid problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per year
