We are seeking a qualified and leadership-driven Restaurant Captain to oversee front-of-house service operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between guests, waitstaff, and the kitchen team. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of fine dining standards, excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to lead a service team under high-pressure situations.Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead pre-shift briefings. Assign service stations, manage duty rosters, and monitor the grooming and hygiene standards of waiters and stewards.
Guest Relations: Welcome and seat guests, manage table reservations, and orchestrate the rhythm of the dining area. Provide personalized recommendations on the menu and wine pairings.
Service Coordination:



Act as the direct liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure orders are accurate, customized for dietary needs, and delivered promptly.
Quality Assurance: Inspect station setups, tablecloths, cutlery, and side stations before each service window. Maintain strict compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols.
Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints, service delays, or order errors calmly and professionally to turn negative situations into positive experiences.
Financial Management: Verify guest checks, process POS transactions, handle bill settlements accurately, and prepare end-of-shift sales reports.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
