The Manager Trainee will undergo structured training in outlet operations, team management, customer service, food safety, inventory control, sales, and daily outlet administration. The trainee will be prepared to take responsibility as an Outlet Manager after successfully completing the training and evaluation period.

Key Responsibilities
Learn and assist in managing day-to-day outlet operations.
Supervise and coordinate crew members during shifts.
Ensure proper customer service and maintain outlet standards.
Follow company SOPs, grooming, hygiene, and food-safety procedures.
Monitor sales, cash handling, POS operations, and daily reports.
Assist with stock checking, inventory management, and wastage control.
Monitor staff attendance, shift schedules, and weekly offs.
Handle customer complaints professionally and report major issues to management.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper outlet presentation.
Support the Outlet Manager and Operations Team in achieving sales

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
