Choice Mediquip is looking for experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Executives who are comfortable working with explicit activity and sales targets in the highly competitive medical equipment market.

This position is for candidates with proven field-sales experience.

What We Expect

The Sales Executive will be responsible for an assigned territory and will be expected to:
Make regular field visits to hospitals, diagnostic centres and doctors.
Achieve the assigned daily customer-call/visit target.
Generate the required number of qualified enquiries.
Consistently follow up active enquiries and quotations.
Achieve monthly order-closing and sales targets.
Identify and approach the appropriate decision-makers for each product.
Develop recent customers and generate repeat business from existing customers.
Plan and manage the assigned territory independently.
Maintain accurate customer, enquiry and follow-up information.
Be comfortable with online daily reporting and CRM-based sales management.




Update visits, enquiries, follow-ups and sales opportunities within the prescribed timelines.

Who We Are Looking For

We are specifically looking for candidates who:
Have prior experience in field sales.
Have experience in Medical Equipment, Surgical Products, Diagnostic Equipment or Hospital Products.
Are accustomed to working with daily activity targets and monthly sales targets.
Can generate their own enquiries through regular field coverage.
Have robust follow-up and order-closing ability.
Are comfortable working in a competitive and target-driven market.
Are disciplined in CRM updating and online reporting.
Can independently manage an assigned sales territory.
Are willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Based on relevant experience and suitability.
