Job Summary:

Are you a coffee lover with a passion for great service? Bark and Brew is looking for an energetic, reliable, and skilled Barista to join our team! If you have hands-on experience crafting specialty coffee on commercial espresso machines (such as Rancilio, La Marzocco, or Nuova Simonelli) and love working in a lively cafe environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and beverages consistently and efficiently.
Operate and maintain commercial espresso equipment (Rancilio / semi-automatic espresso machines), including dosing, tamping, grinding, and milk steaming for latte art.
Perform daily calibration, backwashing, group head cleaning, and routine maintenance on coffee machinery and grinders.
Provide friendly, warm, and attentive customer service in a quick-paced environment.
Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions.
Maintain a clean, hygienic,



and well-organized counter and work area.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Barista in a cafe, coffee shop, or restaurant.
Equipment Knowledge: Demonstrated experience operating commercial espresso machines (Rancilio experience or similar commercial machines preferred).
Skills: Solid understanding of espresso extraction, grind calibration, milk texturing, and basic latte art.
Solid communication skills and customer-first mindset.
Ability to work flexible shifts (weekends, mornings, and holidays as required).
