We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination between production, warehouse, procurement, sales and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor day-to-day business operations.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchase and sales teams.
Ensure timely execution of orders and deliveries.
Monitor operational targets, productivity and efficiency.
Implement and maintain SOPs and operational processes.
Identify operational issues and take corrective action.
Monitor inventory, material movement and resource utilization.
Coordinate with management and provide regular operational updates.
Ensure quality, safety and process compliance.




Lead and support the operations team.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in operations management.
Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, doors/windows, steel or related industries will be an advantage.
Solid team management and coordination skills.
Positive communication and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting system

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
