We are hiring Agency Managers / Business Development Managers for the Direct Sales Force (Agency) channel of a leading Life Insurance company in Gujarat. 8 open positions: Veraval (3), Gandhidham (3), Junagadh (2).

Role: Build and manage a robust agency network of life insurance advisors, driving sales growth and sustainable business.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train and develop life insurance advisors / agents
Drive insurance sales through the agency network to achieve targets
Support agents with joint field calls and regular guidance
Build solid relationships with advisors for long-term retention
Ensure compliance with IRDAI / regulatory norms and company policies

Must Haves:
1 to 5 years of experience in insurance / agency development / field sales / financial services
Local candidates preferred (Gujarati speaking)
Robust people management and networking skills
Graduate in any discipline

Salary: Rs 2,75,000 - 6,50,000 per annum + incentives
