We are looking for HR Recruiters to join our recruitment team and handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across multiple client requirements.
The role is suitable for candidates who have valuable communication skills, enjoy interacting with candidates, and are interested in building a career in recruitment and staffing.
Regional language proficiency is mandatory based on the selected location
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT client requirements
Source candidates through Naukri, Foundit, Apna, LinkedIn, social media, references and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
Shortlist candidates based on client requirements
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate offer and joining formalities
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Work on multiple requirements simultaneously
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for timely closure of positions
Support day-to-day recruitment and HR activities
Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate
0–1 years of recruitment/HR experience
Freshers with relevant HR/recruitment internship experience may also be considered
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Foundit, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.
Good follow-up and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment

9:15 AM – 6:30 PM
