We are hiring Relationship Managers - Bancassurance for a leading Life Insurance company in Chennai (Adyar branch). 5 open positions.
Role: Drive life insurance business through partner bank branches by building robust relationships, ensuring product penetration and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage relationships with partner bank branches and staff
Achieve sales, revenue and persistency targets
Train and support bank staff on life insurance products
Ensure compliance with IRDAI / regulatory norms
Monitor partner performance and resolve issues quickly
Must Haves:
1 to 5 years of experience in sales, bancassurance, insurance or financial services
Valuable knowledge of equity and financial products
Excellent communication and relationship skills
Graduate in any discipline
Salary: Rs 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 per annum + incentives
