At Design and Decor, we bring interior design ideas to life while building robust digital marketing campaigns. We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience who can design engaging visuals for our digital marketing and basic photography/videography for social media content.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who can create visual graphics for social media and marketing campaigns, as well as handle basic photography and short-video capturing (reels/shorts) for our interior design projects and daily updates.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Support:

Create graphics, posters, and ad banners for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

Design basic print materials such as brochures, flyers, and branding assets.

Work with the team to brainstorm and create fresh visual content for social media campaigns.

Maintain visual brand consistency across all digital content.

Basic Photo & Video Shooting:

Capture casual,



clean photos and short video clips of completed interior projects, site work in progress, and team highlights.

Edit basic short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) with audio/music and basic color adjustments.

Maintain an organized library of photos and video clips for social media use.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design with basic camera/smartphone video shooting experience.

Software Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic video editing tools (such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva).

Camera Skills: Basic operational knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras or smartphone photography for casual shoots.

Portfolio: A portfolio showing graphic design work and basic photo/video samples is required.

Key Traits: Creativity, valuable time management, and an eye for design aesthetics.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
