Employment Conversion: Permanent after 6 months

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer with strong hands-on experience in Golang development. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in Golang and should be comfortable working on backend applications, APIs, and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Golang.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
Write clean, productive, maintainable, and reusable Go code.
Work with concurrency, goroutines, channels, and Go routines to build high-performance applications.
Design and develop microservices-based applications using Golang.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and other technical teams.
Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.




Work with databases and external systems as required.
Contribute to application testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in Golang development.
Strong proficiency in Golang / Go programming.
Robust understanding of Go concurrency, goroutines, channels, and error handling.
Experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Experience with databases such as SQL/NoSQL.
Familiarity with Git and software development/version-control practices.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka/RabbitMQ.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
