About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and primarily support end-to-end recruitment activities. The role will provide hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and the overall hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions across relevant platforms.
Coordinate assignments, feedback,



and next steps with candidates.
Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for active and upcoming positions.
Support the HR team with offer coordination and pre-joining follow-ups.
Assist with basic onboarding and other HR activities whenever required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls and messages.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
Prior internship or exposure to recruitment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
