Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and generating current business leads.
Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
Assist in maintaining client relationships and following up with leads.
Understand customer requirements and support the team in providing suitable solutions.
Assist with sales and marketing activities.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
Maintain records of leads and client interactions.
Work with the team to achieve business development goals.
