Job Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons for classes 11 and 12 as per the NCERT and state board curricula.
Design and implement practical laboratory sessions, ensuring safety protocols and hands‑on learning for all students.
Develop and evaluate formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
Mentor students for competitive exams (e.g., JEE, NEET) and guide them in project work and science fairs.
Collaborate with fellow faculty members to integrate interdisciplinary approaches and school-wide initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and laboratory inventory.
Participate in staff development programs, parent‑teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.

Essential Qualifications
Master’s degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.) or an equivalent postgraduate qualification.




Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a recognized teacher‑training certification.
Eligibility for teaching at the senior secondary level as per the regulations of the Madhya Pradesh State Education Board.
Transparent teaching eligibility certificate (e.g., TET, CTET) or equivalent.

Desired Experience
At least 2–4 years of teaching experience in Chemistry at the senior secondary level (Classes 11‑12).
Demonstrated ability to conduct laboratory experiments and manage a well‑equipped chemistry lab.
Experience in coaching students for national level entrance examinations is a plus.
Robust communication skills in English and Hindi.
