Job Overview ​

As a Barista at Brew, you will be a key part of our front-of-house team. You’ll craft high-quality coffee and beverage orders, interact with guests, maintain a clean and vibrant workspace, and help create a memorable experience for everyone who walks through our doors. ​

Key Responsibilities ​

Beverage Preparation: Skillfully pull espresso shots, steam milk, and prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to Brew’s recipe and quality standards. ​Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately at the POS system, make menu recommendations, and handle payments efficiently. ​

Maintain Cleanliness:

Keep the counter area, espresso machine, grinders, seating area, and service stations spotless and organized.

​Inventory & Prep:

Restock coffee beans, milks, syrups, pastries, and supplies as needed; execute daily opening and closing checklists. ​

Quality & Consistency:

Ensure consistent taste,



temperature, dial-in, and visual presentation for every drink served. ​

Qualifications & Requirements ​Experience: Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a high-volume cafe or specialty coffee shop required. ​

Technical Skills: Confident operating commercial espresso machines, grinding/dialing-in espresso, steaming milk, and basic latte art skills. ​

Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a friendly, patient, and welcoming attitude. ​

Efficiency & Stamina: Ability to work quickly and accurately during busy peak rushes while maintaining high quality. ​Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and a proactive team player.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
