Deliver training through classroom sessions, on-the-job coaching, virtual platforms, and LMS.
Ensure timely completion of e-learning modules by store employees.
Take complete ownership of learning initiatives within assigned zones.
Analyse business data to identify skill gaps and implement targeted improvement interventions.
Follow a clinical solutions-centric approach to address product knowledge and counselling gaps.
Submit accurate and timely training reports and track key performance metrics.
Collaborate with Operations and HR teams to align training with business goals.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
