We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and support month-end closing activities. This is an ideal entry-to-mid-level position for a career-minded qualified looking to build robust fundamental experience in corporate finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, prepare payment runs, generate client invoices, and track outstanding collections.
General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in preparing and posting journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules, and performing general ledger reconciliations.
Bank Reconciliations: Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of bank statements against accounting ledger transactions.
Month-End & Year-End Close: Support senior accountants with account analyses, accrual calculations, and schedules for financial audits.
Expense Management: Review, code, and reconcile employee expense reports and credit card statements.
Record Keeping & Compliance:



Maintain organized physical and digital accounting files to ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP.
Ad-Hoc Support: Provide administrative and financial support for special projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager or Controller.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent working experience).
Experience: 0–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (internships count!).
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience or familiarity with accounting software, Tally, and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or IFRS, and GST.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, solid numerical reasoning, solid verbal and written communication skills, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
