Job Description
Valuable knowledge in Dispensing process and Tooling's /Fixtures

*Prepare, validate and document production readiness for NPI & ECR
Design Approval, Line build co-ordination, pre-acceptance, Installation & line release.
2nd level Machine down time solving & guiding.
Internal & Customer defects problem solving by using 7QC tools and PDCA approach.
Process improvement. (Utilization, POKAYOKE, CIP projects)
Process,Customer Audits co-ordination, Capability & Calibration activity.
PFMEA, CP & FPY improvements.
Current process development, standard template & Knowledge sharing (internal & External)
Bench mark, Localization, tool life improvement.
CT reduction and Validation with DOE.
Coordination with development and lead plant for process and current products.
