About the Role

Chord is looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage and scale influencer collaborations. You will play a key role in identifying the right creators, executing campaigns, and driving measurable brand impact.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives
Build and maintain solid relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials with influencers
Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution from outreach to content approval and publishing
Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare detailed reports
Stay updated with influencer trends, platform updates, and competitor activities




Ensure timely delivery and quality of influencer content

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing / social media marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystem
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking campaign performance
Familiarity with influencer tools/platforms is a plus
