We're Hiring: Senior SPM Designer

Experience: 6–10 years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
Department: Engineering

SPM (Special Purpose Machine) design experience is mandatory.

What you'll do
Design SPM components, assemblies, and products
Create 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation
Convert customer requirements into manufacturable designs
Apply GD&T;, tolerances, fits, and engineering standards
Ensure DFM/DFA, quality, cost, and reliability
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Production teams
Solve design and manufacturing issues through root-cause analysis
Support prototyping, testing, and validation
Guide junior designers and take ownership of deliverables

What we're looking for
Solid hands-on experience in SolidWorks / Creo / CATIA / AutoCAD
Solid knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and GD&T;
Experience in sheet metal, machining, fabrication, or welded assemblies (preferred)
Solid problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and own complex designs

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
