Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads from various sources.
Counsel students and working professionals regarding suitable online/distance-learning programs.
Understand the candidate's educational background, career goals, and requirements.
Explain courses, universities, eligibility, fees, duration, and admission process clearly.
Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
Build relationships with prospective students and guide them through the complete admission process.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments/admissions.
Achieve assigned monthly sales, enrollment, and admission targets.
Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM.
Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams to ensure smooth enrollment.
Stay updated on university programs,



eligibility criteria, fees, and admission requirements.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure leads are properly tracked until closure

Candidate Profile
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable counselling and convincing abilities.
Student-focused approach with a willingness to understand and address candidate requirements.
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven workplace.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
