Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles. This internship provides hands-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle, making it an excellent chance for students and fresh graduates interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.




Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
Assist in onboarding activities for selected candidates.
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.

Pay: ₹500.00 per month
