Will act as a single point access for the client right from sales to smooth and timely handover with final payment collection.
Should know Construction industry very well with proper geographical knowledge of respective areas i.e., Mumbai/Pune .
Meeting Builders, Developers & Architects for planning level discussions, order finalization, post order related meetings of car parking systems, car elevators.
Person should Identify sales opportunities by constantly scanning the area, pursuing the prospects by calling on the potential customers.
Meeting architects/builders for design, techno commercial discussions of parking projects and giving right parking solutions.
Desired candidates should have proven sales track record in the areas of construction and Building industry .

Pay: ₹25,381.31 - ₹100,000.00 per month
