Vacancy: 1 Job Summary We are looking for a Service Engineer with hands-on experience in SPM installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The candidate should have mechanical, electrical, and basic PLC/automation knowledge and be willing to travel across India. Key Responsibilities Installation, alignment, leveling, and commissioning of SPMs and component cleaning machines. Mechanical assembly, machine wiring, panel connections, and utility connections. Machine startup, testing, trials, sensor calibration, pump/heater/conveyor setup. Troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, motors, heaters, pumps, and control panels. Troubleshooting of mechanical components including pumps, piping, filters, conveyors, and reciprocating systems. Read and understand GA, mechanical,



and electrical drawings. Perform preventive/corrective maintenance and attend customer breakdowns. Prepare basic service, installation, and commissioning reports. Train customers on machine operation, safety, and basic troubleshooting. Coordinate with internal teams for technical problem resolution. Travel to customer locations across India for installation, service, commissioning, and training. Required Skills Good practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Basic PLC/HMI and VFD troubleshooting knowledge; Mitsubishi/Siemens preferred. Knowledge of sensors, motors, heaters, pumps, control panels, and machine wiring. Ability to use a multimeter and basic tools. Ability to read mechanical/GA and electrical drawings. Valuable communication and customer-handling skills. Willingness to travel and work versatile schedule. Service Bond: 2 years
