Set up and operate CNC turning centers to produce parts to specification
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
Select, install, and adjust cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding devices
Enter or edit CNC programs (G-code) as needed for job-specific requirements
Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments to verify dimensional accuracy
Monitor machine operation during cycles, making adjustments to speed, feed, and depth of cut as needed
Identify and troubleshoot issues such as tool wear, vibration, or dimensional drift
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized (5S standards)
Complete production and quality documentation (inspection logs, scrap reports, etc.)
Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
Collaborate with quality control and engineering to resolve part discrepancie

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
