Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Admissions Counsellor with solid BFSI/Financial Services and Admissions Counselling/Inside Sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle admissions counselling and convert leads into enrollments.
Counsel students and working professionals on financial certifications.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Manage leads, follow-ups, objections, and conversions.
Build strong relationships with prospective candidates.
Maintain CRM/MIS and sales pipeline.
Requirements
7–8 years of experience in Admissions Counselling / Inside Sales / Education Sales.
BFSI/Banking/Financial Services experience preferred.
Strong communication, counselling, sales, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales/enrollment targets.
Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Commerce/Finance.
Location: Moti Nagar, New Delhi
Type: Full time, On-site
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
