Join Our Customer Experience Team!

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is an excellent communicator, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a quick-paced, high-volume D2C environment.

What You'll Do
Handle customer queries through Calls, WhatsApp & Email.
Manage orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, exchanges & service requests.
Resolve customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
Handle a heavy workflow while maintaining response quality and accuracy.
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Operations & After-Sales teams.
Follow up on pending issues until complete resolution.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
Ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience.

What We're Looking For
2–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service.
Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Retail or Consumer Brands preferred.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.




Ability to handle high-pressure and high-volume workloads.
Strong problem-solving, multitasking and follow-up skills.
Comfortable handling difficult customers professionally.
Good knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, Email & order management systems.
English + Hindi required; Gujarati is an advantage.
